#bodposfeb Days 26 & 27

Day 26 “challenge”: Try a new recipe or restaurant that excites you.

I added cardamom and garam masala to the topping of my peach crisp (which is oatmeal, flour, white sugar, brown sugar, and butter).  It added an awesome flair that is definitely unexpected in a fruit crisp, and complimented the peaches really well.  I definitely prefer it to the traditional spices like cinnamon and nutmeg.

Day 27 “challenge”: Write yourself a body positive promise for the future.

I will quit smoking before the start of the fall semester.
